Acceptable Use Policy

The rules that govern acceptable use of the Services.

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) supplements and is incorporated into the Master Service Agreement (“MSA”) between Think Smart Group, Inc. (“TSI”) and the Customer. This Addendum governs the acceptable use of the Services. Capitalized terms not defined in this AUP have the meanings given in the MSA and incorporated policies. By using the Services provided under the MSA, Customer agrees to comply with this AUP.

1. Prohibited Activities.

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or ordinance.
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
  • Transmit, distribute, or store material that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Engage in unsolicited bulk email, spam, or chain letters.
  • Introduce malicious code, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other harmful software.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, account, or network related to the Services.
  • Disrupt or interfere with the security, availability, or integrity of the Services or any connected network.

2. Customer Responsibilities.

  • Ensuring all users comply with this AUP.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality and security of account credentials.
  • Promptly reporting any actual or suspected violation of this AUP to TSI.

3. Monitoring and Enforcement.

  • TSI reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP.
  • TSI may suspend or terminate Services, in whole or in part, with or without notice, if Customer or its users violate this AUP.
  • TSI may cooperate with law enforcement, regulators, or third parties in investigating any alleged violation.

4. Fair Use.

Customer acknowledges that the Services are subject to reasonable use limits, and excessive or abusive use of network, storage, or processing resources may result in additional charges, suspension, or termination.

5. Updates.

TSI may update this AUP from time to time by posting a revised version on its website or providing written notice to Customer. Customer’s continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.

6. Reporting Abuse or Security Concerns.

Customers may report abuse or security concerns to Think Smart Group, Inc.

This AUP is accepted and agreed to by Customer as of the Effective Date of the Master Service Agreement into which it is incorporated.
